Targeted recruitment
Sourcing foreign workers against your enterprise profile
You describe the trade, the equipment and the working conditions. WORKIN searches and vets candidates, shows you the profiles before any processing starts and takes the approved group through to the first working day.
First profiles usually within a week. The estimate is free.

In brief
Targeted sourcing means candidates for a specific job, not a stream of CVs
The candidate profile is built around your operations: which equipment, which shifts, what experience and what conditions you offer. Candidates are verified before their profile reaches you, and only the people your enterprise confirms enter the document route.
Who it suits
When targeted sourcing is the right choice
This service fits when what matters is not the headcount but how well the person matches the work.
- You need 10 to 50 workers for permanent work
- The job requires specific experience: machine, line, welding, equipment
- The enterprise wants to see and approve every candidate
- People are employed on the enterprise's payroll
- There is a date by which the group must be on shift
How sourcing works
Six steps from the candidate profile to the first shift
At every step you can see what WORKIN does and what the enterprise provides. The timelines are practical estimates, not a promise of a state decision.
- 01

We break down the operations, equipment, shifts, conditions and experience requirements, and fix the criteria the enterprise will use to approve people.

What the cost of recruitment consists of
WORKIN receives half of its fee only after the worker is on shift. State fees and the migration partner's services are separate recipients with separate invoices.
Recruitment + migration support + state fees = project budget
Each recipient issues a separate invoice. Payments are not mixed.

Cases and project scenarios
Projects where sourcing closed the enterprise's need
Below are delivered WORKIN projects. Company names are withheld under confidentiality terms; everything else is shown as it happened.

Agriculture and food
Launching a packaging shift at a food plant
The plant lacked line operators and packers to launch an additional shift. WORKIN built the candidate profile, ran sourcing, screening, the document route, arrival and preparation for the first day on site.
WORKIN assembled and prepared the group, took it through the document route and organised the start of the additional shift. The plant received a clear arrival and launch schedule.

Questions and answers
What people ask about sourcing foreign workers
Answers to the questions that come up before sourcing starts.
The cost consists of four parts: WORKIN's recruitment fee, the migration partner's services, state fees and additional project services - housing, transport, meals. Half of WORKIN's fee is paid after the worker is on shift. The exact estimate is prepared for your trade, headcount and city.
First profiles usually arrive within a week of the start. From contract to the first shift it is practically 4-7 weeks for visa-free countries and 8-14 weeks when a D visa is needed. The timeline depends on the country, the trade and the readiness of the enterprise's documents.
Yes. Profiles with trade, experience, languages and vetting results reach you before the document route starts. Only the people your enterprise confirms join the project.
A trade interview, verification of documents and work history, clarification of practical skills and readiness to relocate. On request we arrange a video interview with the candidate before the decision.
The contractual replacement clause applies: WORKIN sources a new worker on the agreed conditions and within the agreed period. The procedure, deadlines and exclusions are fixed in the contract before the project starts.
The work permit is issued to the enterprise as the employer, while an independent migration partner prepares and files the documents. WORKIN coordinates the timeline and shows the status of every step.
Targeted sourcing makes sense from a small group. Many enterprises start with a pilot group, verify the process and then scale the project.
No. If there is none, WORKIN can find and arrange accommodation, transport to the site and meals as a separate project model. The enterprise pays for it.
