The main code is 78.10 - activities of employment placement agencies. That is the specific code for recruitment, not an adjacent one.
We are a Ukrainian company with a contract with the enterprise that receives the workers. We answer for the recruitment and the support here, on the ground, not only for the departure. That is why you can talk to us after arrival, not only before it.
The main directions are Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, India, Bangladesh and Turkey. Visa-free directions are shorter; visa routes add 4-6 weeks.
Money
Who pays and for what
There is one answer here and it is the same for everyone.
Nothing. The application, the interview, the paperwork and the support are free: the enterprise pays us. If anyone asks for money in our name, they are a fraudster - call 0 800 330 024.
It depends on the trades, the number of people and the country. We receive half of our fee only after the workers start their shifts. We calculate for the specific request: the «For companies» section has a page on the cost structure.
Yes. Before work starts you see the contract and the payment structure. State payments and the migration partner's services are separate recipients and separate invoices; we never mix them with our own fee.

We answer website enquiries during working hours. If the matter is urgent and concerns a worker already in Ukraine, call the hotline rather than writing.
Resend to office@workin.com.ua or call. The message may not have arrived: if you wrote and got no answer within a working day, that is a failure on our side, not indifference.
