We will work through your case in one call

20-30 minutes with someone who runs these projects daily. We will tell you whether the workers exist, what timeline is realistic and what it costs - even if the answer is not what you hoped for.

Free and commits you to nothing. If your case is not a fit for us, we will say so plainly and point you elsewhere.

A company director on a call about recruiting staff

This is a working session, not a company presentation

We do not spend the call telling you how good we are. You describe the situation; we answer four questions: are such workers available on our routes, how many weeks until they start a shift, what it will cost and what your company will have to do. If the case is impossible within your timeframe, you will hear that in the first five minutes.

Five questions you will get answered

The order is up to you - we start with whatever matters most.

  1. 01

    Are the workers available

We check availability for your trade across WORKIN's routes. Some trades fill quickly and in large groups; others are rare and take longer.

  2. 02

    What timeline is realistic

We count from the contract date, factoring in the entry regime and your readiness. A practical benchmark, not a pretty number: 4-7 weeks on visa-free routes, longer with a D visa.

  3. 03

    What it costs

We go through the cost structure across the three recipients and what changes the total in your specific case: route, headcount, salary, the need for housing.

  4. 04

What your company has to do

Document package, workplaces, occupational safety, an address for registration. You will see straight away what you already have and what still needs collecting.

  5. 05

Housing and daily life for the group

If you have no housing of your own, we discuss how accommodation, transport to shifts and meals are arranged, and what that costs separately.

What the call gives you and what it will not

A conversation is useful exactly as far as its limits are stated honestly.

You get

  • An answer on worker availability across the routes
  • A practical timeline to the first shift, with the reasons
  • The cost structure and what drives it
  • A list of what your company needs to prepare
  • An honest verdict: is your date realistic or not
  • A short written summary after the call

What it will not include

  • Legal advice - that comes from a lawyer, ours or yours
  • A guaranteed permit issue date: the decision belongs to a state authority
  • An exact figure before the call about the site - you get a ballpark, not a proposal
  • Pressure or "just checking in" calls: if it is not a fit, we close the topic

If it turns out you are better off recruiting in-house or going to another company, we will say so. A project taken against common sense costs more than a lost enquiry.

Four steps from booking to summary

It usually takes one business day from booking to the call.

  1. 01

    You book

Leave a contact and the essence in two lines: trade, rough headcount, city. We go into detail on the call; this is just so we can prepare.

  2. 02

    We agree a time

We message or call on whichever channel suits you and agree a slot. Phone, WhatsApp, Telegram - your choice.

  3. 03

    The call

20-30 minutes to the point. You ask, we answer concretely. If something needs checking against documents or a route, we pause and come back with an answer.

  4. 04

    Written summary

We send a short recap of what was agreed: availability, timeline, cost structure and the document list - so you have something to show management rather than retelling it from memory.

A calculation for a specific group and the commercial proposal are prepared separately after the call - that takes 1-2 days.

Why the consultation is free

The call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The reason is simple: WORKIN receives half of its fee only after the workers start their shifts, so taking on a project that will not fly is against our own interest. It is cheaper to spend half an hour and say honestly that the timeline is impossible or the route is wrong than to walk a company into a project that collapses. Money enters the picture later - in the commercial proposal, where all three cost parts are shown separately.

Recruitment + migration support + state fees = project budget

Each recipient issues a separate invoice. Payments are not mixed.

What the WORKIN recruitment fee covers

  • Sourcing and vetting candidates for your profile
  • Approval of every profile with the enterprise
  • Coordination of the document route with the migration partner
  • Arrival logistics, meeting at the border and transfer
  • Preparation of the first working day and support after the start

We receive the second half only when the worker has started the shift.

The estimate depends on the country, trade, number of workers, pay and additional project conditions: housing, transport and meals.

Line-by-line amounts will be published once the current price list is confirmed and state fees are re-checked against official sources - with the date of validity next to them.

What people ask about the consultation

The format in brief.

  • 20-30 minutes. If the case is large or spans several routes, we arrange a second call - stretching the first one to an hour serves no one.
