Construction workers
Construction workers for concrete, finishing and assembly
Whole crews or single hires for a specific stage: concrete, rebar, formwork, masonry, finishing, structural assembly. Experience is verified by trade and site type, not by the word "builder" on a CV.
Working at height and operating machinery require permits. What is issued on site and what the person must already hold is settled before arrival.

What it is and how it works
Construction workers for the type of work and stage of the site
WORKIN recruits construction workers for a specific stage: concrete, rebar, formwork, masonry, finishing or installation. The profile shows the type of work and the sites the person worked on, so you approve the candidate before departure.
You name the stage, scope and schedule, and we search in visa-free and visa countries and check experience by type of work. Work-at-height and equipment clearances are discussed before arrival: what the person must already have and what is arranged on site.
The migration partner handles the document route, and WORKIN arranges arrival and housing. The visa-free route to the first shift takes 4-7 weeks, with a type D visa 8-10 weeks. If the person falls short on qualification, the contract's replacement term applies.

Trades
What construction workers actually do on site

Questions and answers
What companies ask about construction workers
Answers to the questions that come up before recruitment starts.
In practice 4-7 weeks for visa-free countries, 8-10 weeks for a D visa and 10-14 weeks if transit is required. The timing is set by the document route, not by the number of people.
Yes, and on concrete work that is the most practical option. A crew that has already worked together reaches full pace faster than people gathered one by one.
By trade and site type: technology questions, photos of completed work and, where possible, a trial on site in the first days. The word "builder" on a CV means nothing.
High-risk work requires permits, which the company issues under its own procedure. Before arrival we establish what the site requires, so nobody turns up for work they will not be cleared for.
Yes, if the season and the conditions are stated before arrival. Working in frost is discussed at the interview and written into the terms.
The replacement guarantee applies, with a guarantee period of at least 6 months. We keep a reserve of profiles, so a replacement does not start from scratch.
From a single hire to crews for the whole stage. Large groups arrive in waves so the site can absorb them and cover accommodation.
The company: induction, protective equipment, barriers, permits to work. We are responsible for the person arriving with the experience and readiness for site conditions.
