You tell us what the person will handle, the maximum weight and whether trolleys are available, and we tell the candidate openly: it directly affects whether the person stays. A truck of boxes and a truck of sacks call for different stamina, so the profile shows previous experience.
The migration partner handles the document route, and WORKIN arranges arrival and housing. The visa-free route to the first shift takes 4-7 weeks, with a type D visa 8-10 weeks.
