Why there is no vacancy list with salaries
An enterprise opens hiring when it has a need for a specific shift. A list that has been up for a month no longer reflects reality: some roles have closed, others have appeared. So we take an application and a recruiter tells you the current options for your profile. That is more honest than a pretty table with nothing behind it.

What enterprises need all year round
These directions never close: hiring runs the whole year.

Manufacturing
Line operators, packers, pickers, general labourers. The largest volume, most often with no experience required.

Warehouse and logistics
Order pickers, loaders, forklift drivers. Drivers need a licence; the rest do not.

Construction
Bricklayers, concrete workers, fitters, finishers, labourers. Here the real level is tested, not the words.

Agriculture and food production
Greenhouses, poultry plants, sorting and packing. Many seasonal contracts of 2-6 months.

Hotels and restaurants
Kitchen porters, stewards, housekeepers, laundry. Taken without conversational language too.

Cleaning
Cleaners, scrubber-dryer operators. Many night and early shifts.

What is needed from you and what is not
Most vacancies require neither a diploma nor the language.

- Knowledge of Ukrainian for most manual roles

- Money for placement - we do not take it
- An agent in your country
A certificate is needed only for forklift drivers and welders, a height permit for fitters and facade cleaners. Those are the only documents checked in the original.

Because it goes stale within a week. Enterprises open hiring for a specific shift and close it once staffed. The recruiter names the current options for your profile at the interview.
Yes, for most roles in manufacturing, warehousing, agriculture and cleaning. Experience is needed for construction trades, processing lines and warehouse machinery.
For most manual roles, no. Briefings are translated and a coordinator works with the group. Language is needed where there is contact with a customer or a guest.
From visa-free directions 4-7 weeks, from visa ones 8-12. The exact timeline depends on the trade and how fast documents come together.
You can state a preference, but a vacancy belongs to an enterprise. The recruiter will say which cities are currently available for your trade.
Yes, most of all in agriculture: 2-6 months. But the paperwork route still takes 4-8 weeks, so apply well in advance.
Apply anyway. The list shows the most frequent directions, not all of them. The recruiter will say whether there is demand for your specialism right now.
Travelling as a group is easier than alone. Mention it in the application and the recruiter will check for places at the same enterprise.

We never charge workers. Not for the form, not for the job, not for documents - the employer covers all costs. Your answers are saved: you can close and come back.
We do not ask for a passport scan or other sensitive documents at the first step.

Answer a few questions, it takes 10-15 minutes. A CV and a photo are optional and can be added at the end.
