Azerbaijan offers a smaller candidate pool than Uzbekistan but is stronger in construction and transport trades. Many candidates have worked on sites in Türkiye and Georgia, so they are used to European safety rules and to the machinery found on a modern site.

Construction and transport trades cannot be taken on trust. On this direction the licence check is a separate stage, and it adds about a week to sourcing.

In volume and profile. Uzbekistan supplies more people for high-volume operations: line work, packing, order picking. Azerbaijan is smaller in volume but stronger in construction and transport trades. The timeline and the document route are the same.
We look at the licence itself, the length of service and the sites or routes the person has worked on. For welders we run a practical task where needed; for drivers we confirm the category and the experience with the specific type of vehicle.
The practical estimate is 4-7 weeks from contract to the first shift. No visa is needed, so the route is short. For drivers and welders sourcing can take a week longer because of the licence checks.
From the company: details, registry extract, authorised signatory, a draft employment contract and pay information. From the candidate: an international passport, a notarised translation and a trade licence where one is required.
State fees are paid by the company directly to the recipient - the amounts are set by law. The migration partner's services are paid under its own contract. WORKIN invoices separately and shows all three parts in the estimate.
Workplaces, the occupational safety briefing, a mentor for the first shift, workwear and the residential address for registration. On construction sites, also the personal protective equipment for the specific work.
If there is no housing of your own, WORKIN finds accommodation in the city of the site and arranges the journey to shifts and the meals. This is a separate project model with its own price, not an automatic part of sourcing.
Not on arrival. Most candidates speak Russian, the group has a coordinator, and the safety briefing is delivered in a language the workers understand.
The practical size of one group is up to 80 people. If you need more, sourcing runs in parallel from several countries - Azerbaijan plus Uzbekistan or Tajikistan - with arrivals in waves.
