Manufacturing
We staff your production with foreign workers
From 20 to 500+ employees for your plant's needs - line operators, packers, sorters, general workers. Recruitment, vetting, documents, arrival and the first shift - all in one project.
Size up your project
We show the group composition, sourcing countries, document route and cost structure - before any contract is signed.

Who we source
Roles, operations and how we check them
We do not source "general labour" - we source people for the specific operations of your line. What exactly gets checked is agreed before arrival.
| Operations on the floor | Experience needed | How we check | Shift pattern | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Production line operators | Conveyor work, feeding materials, monitoring parameters, minor changeovers | Experience on a line or on comparable equipment | Interview by operation plus a practical trial on site | 2-3 shifts, nights included |
| Packers | Filling, stacking, wrapping, labelling, running a packing machine | Experience in food or industrial packing | Pace and accuracy checked over the first shifts | 2-3 shifts |
| Sorters | Sorting by size, colour and batch, rejecting defects, preparing for packing | Experience with repetitive work that needs attention to detail | Attention and speed checked on a real batch | 2 shifts |
| Labelling operators | Applying labels, running a label printer, reconciling batches | Basic literacy and accuracy | Interview and a reconciliation check against a sample | 2 shifts |
| Quality control workers | Visual inspection, measurement, rejection, keeping the log | Experience in production quality control | Interview around rejection criteria | 2 shifts |
| General workers | Feeding and clearing materials, moving containers, keeping the area in order | Physically ready for a shift on their feet | Medical readiness and an on-site check | 2-3 shifts |
If the section needs machine operators, CNC operators, welders or mechanics, those are technical trades with their own screening and their own lead time.
What you see before arrival
The worker's profile reaches you before anyone is called in
The enterprise decides on a profile, not on an agency's promise. Personal data in the profile is anonymised.

What WORKIN verifies before arrival
- Real experience by operation, not a line in a CV
- Readiness for shift work and night shifts
- Physical readiness and the absence of medical restrictions
- Documents: passport, validity, grounds for the permit
- Readiness for shared housing and everyday conditions
- The language used inside the crew
Profiles come as a set: you choose who is invited and who stays in reserve in case of a refusal or a replacement.
Project route
From request to the first shift
Recruitment and paperwork run in parallel, so the overall timeline is set by the document route, not by finding people.
- Days 1-3Project estimateYou describe the unit, schedule and readiness date. We show the group composition, countries, timeline and cost structure.
- Weeks 1-3Recruitment and profilesWe present candidate profiles as a group: you choose whom to invite and whom to keep in reserve for replacements.
- Weeks 1-10in parallel with recruitmentDocuments and departureThe immigration partner runs the document route of the chosen country: visa-free - 4-7 weeks, D visa - 8-10, with transit - 10-14.
- Arrival dayMeeting and transferWe meet the group and take them to the housing. Nobody finds their own way or is left at a station.
- Arrival dayMoving inThe housing is ready before arrival: beds, linen, kitchenware. House rules are explained on day one.
- First weekPost-arrival documentsThe partner files for the residence permit and we register the place of residence at the actual address.
- First shiftFirst day on siteInduction, workwear, meeting the supervisor and the section, and the operation shown by a mentor.
- Weeks 1-2First shiftsWe stay in touch with the supervisor and with the workers: pace, quality, daily life. Problems get solved before someone decides to leave.
- Whole projectOngoing supportEveryday issues, document renewals, replacements. The enterprise has one contact point at WORKIN.

Most projects fall apart not during sourcing but in the first two weeks. That is why travel, moving in and the first shift are written out step by step.

Cases and project scenarios
Manufacturing projects at WORKIN
Below are delivered WORKIN projects. Company names are withheld under confidentiality terms; everything else is shown as it happened.

Agriculture and food
Launching a packaging shift at a food plant
The plant lacked line operators and packers to launch an additional shift. WORKIN built the candidate profile, ran sourcing, screening, the document route, arrival and preparation for the first day on site.
WORKIN assembled and prepared the group, took it through the document route and organised the start of the additional shift. The plant received a clear arrival and launch schedule.

Questions and answers
What enterprises ask about manufacturing staff
Answers to the questions that come up before a project starts.
In practice 4-7 weeks for visa-free countries, 8-10 weeks for a D visa and 10-14 weeks where transit is required. Sourcing and paperwork run in parallel, so the total is set by the document route, not by the search for people.
Yes, and it is a common request. Readiness for nights is checked at interview before arrival: the person has to understand the schedule before they travel, otherwise they leave after the first week.
It depends on the service chosen. With recruitment to order and mass hiring people join the enterprise's payroll. With outsourcing and leasing they stay on the contractor's payroll. This page is about sourcing for your operations; the model is chosen to fit your headcount plan.
Replacement terms are fixed in the contract before arrival. We keep a reserve of profiles, so a replacement does not start from scratch. Tell us in the first weeks rather than after three months.
On most production operations, yes, and that is normal. We select people with experience of comparable operations; showing your specific equipment and sequence stays with the enterprise's mentor.
There are always people in the group who speak Russian or English, and the basic production commands are learned in the first days. For larger groups the practice is simple: the crew has its own senior, and the line manager works through them.
The enterprise, within its own production: briefings, protective equipment, a safely organised workstation. We are responsible for the person arriving ready for the conditions and understanding the rules before the first shift.
Yes, and that is the sensible start. One shift, one section, one arrival - after the first month you can see what works, and the next group comes in on a proven scheme.
A description of the operations and the schedule, the working conditions and pay, the date the section is ready, company details and documents for the file, and a responsible person. The most common cause of delay is late paperwork from the enterprise.
They are shown as separate lines. WORKIN arranges them, the enterprise pays. That way the real cost structure is visible instead of one lump sum nobody can break down.
