China covers the case where a company has bought equipment and needs people who can actually run it. Here you do not source an "operator" but someone with experience on your make of machine or line. Small volumes, long timeline, the highest price of any direction.

On other directions the trade and length of service are enough. Here the first question is what equipment actually stands on your floor: make, year, control system. Without that answer sourcing does not start.

Hiring runs under the contract for recruitment and migration support. The number of people, deadlines, payment terms and replacements are written in the contract and its annexes.
We send sample contracts and annexes before signing so your lawyer has time to review them.
