What it is and how it works
Crews for a stage of work, not a set of separate people
WORKIN recruits construction workers for a specific stage: concrete works, masonry, installation or finishing. The contractor describes the scope and schedule, and we assemble the crew, check each person's real level and bring them to their first day on site.
First we fix the crew profile: which works, on which sites, with which materials and on what schedule. We search for people to this profile in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, India, Turkey and Azerbaijan. Masons, finishers and welders pass a video test before arrival, while work-at-height clearance and certificates are checked against documents.
You approve people based on profiles and tests. The migration partner handles permits and visas, while WORKIN arranges tickets, meeting, transfer and housing. In the first days the crew builds a control section, so the level is visible at once. WORKIN receives half of its fee only after the workers start on site.

The problem we solve
Schedules slip because of people, not materials
Construction loses time stage by stage: the concrete crew does not turn up, so the masonry slips; masonry slips, so the finishing stands still. One unclosed stage drags every stage behind it.
Crews disappear between sites
People move to whoever pays more this month. The contractor finds out on Monday, when half the crew shows up.
Each stage needs a different trade
The concrete crew finishes and you need bricklayers, then finishers. Keeping everyone on payroll is expensive; searching from scratch every time is slow.
The season compresses every deadline
From April to October there are no people on the market at any price: every contractor is hiring at once.
Skill is invisible until the first wall
A man says he has laid brick for twenty years, and on site he works at labourer level. Redoing the work costs more than the recruitment did.

Work at height and welding are the only construction roles where a document is mandatory before starting. Bricklayers and finishers we verify with a practical test, because a certificate guarantees nothing in these trades.

What contractors ask about construction recruitment

Before arrival, a video test: the person shows their work on camera and we record the type of masonry and joint quality. After arrival, a control section in the first days. A certificate guarantees nothing in this trade.
From ten, and as a crew for one stage. Scattering five bricklayers and five finishers across different floors is the worst option: no stage closes.
Yes, for structural fitters and any work above 1.3 metres. It is one of the few documents we check in the original before departure.
You can, but the paperwork route takes from five weeks on visa-free directions. A seasonal request has to be placed in winter, not in April.
If the contractor has no housing or hostel of its own, WORKIN finds where to place the crew and organises transport to site. That is a separate project model with its own price.
Readiness to work outdoors in any weather is checked at interview and written into the profile. It is the condition that makes people leave a site most often, so we talk it through before tickets are bought.
The language the crew genuinely understands. On a construction site this is a safety requirement: a coordinator works with the group and the safety briefing is translated in full.
The contractual replacement term applies. The control section in the first days exists precisely so that this surfaces in week one, not at floor handover.
