Uzbekistan
Workers from Uzbekistan for companies in Ukraine
WORKIN sources line operators, packers, order pickers and construction workers, screens the candidates and coordinates the document route, the arrival and the agreed first day at work.
Visa-free route: no visa is required, which makes this the shortest timeline of all directions.

What it is and how it works
The fastest route and the widest choice of candidates
Uzbekistan is WORKIN's main direction by volume. No visa is needed, so the route is 4-6 weeks shorter than India or Türkiye. This is the direction for high-volume manual trades, where the number of people and the start date matter more than a rare qualification.
Scale of the direction
The only direction that sustains a group of several hundred
Uzbekistan delivers volume the other countries cannot. That is why large projects start here, and the remaining directions join as a second wave.
- up to 300people on one project without stretching the timeline
- 4-7 weeksuntil the first wave starts work
- 2-4 weeksinterval between arrival waves
- from 10people in a pilot group to test the process
The limit is not sourcing but how many people the company can absorb: housing, transport, supervisors and workplaces.

- There is a start date and 5-8 weeks left before it
- The company can provide its details, registry extract and a draft employment contract
- Housing for the group exists, or you order WORKIN to arrange it
- Russian as the working language in the group suits your supervisors

Questions and answers
What companies ask about sourcing in Uzbekistan
Answers to the questions that come up before a project on this direction starts.
High-volume manual trades: production line operators, packers, order pickers, loaders, general labourers, construction workers and sewing machine operators. Forklift drivers are available in smaller groups, because a licence and a practical check are required.
An interview on the trade, documents from previous employment, and clarification of the equipment and output targets. For technical roles, a licence and a practical task. On the company's request we run a video interview before any decision.
The practical estimate is 4-7 weeks from contract to the first shift. It is the shortest route of all WORKIN directions because no visa is needed. The timeline grows if the company's documents are not ready at the start.
From the company: details, registry extract, authorised signatory, a draft employment contract and pay information. From the candidate: an international passport and a notarised translation. The work permit is issued to the company.
State fees are paid by the company directly to the recipient - the amounts are set by law. The migration partner's services are paid under its own contract. WORKIN invoices separately and shows all three parts in the estimate.
Workplaces, the occupational safety briefing, a mentor for the first shift, workwear and the residential address for registration. If WORKIN arranges the housing, the company confirms the arrival date and the number of people.
If there is no housing of your own, WORKIN finds accommodation in the city of the site and arranges the journey to shifts and the meals. This is a separate project model with its own price, not an automatic part of sourcing.
During the first weeks the coordinator stays in touch: collects the group's questions and helps with everyday life and settling in. Production matters are handled by the company's supervisor. If a worker does not turn up, the contractual replacement term applies.
Not on arrival. Most candidates speak Russian, the group has a coordinator, and the safety briefing is delivered in a language the workers understand.
The practical minimum is a group of ten. Many companies start with a pilot group, test the process and the housing, and then scale the project in waves.
