Specialists
Who we source for production, warehouses and sites
Blue-collar roles matched to specific operations: line operators, order pickers, loaders, packers, general labourers, construction workers and drivers. Every profile is seen by the enterprise before the person arrives.
We show only what we can back up: hands-on experience, readiness for the schedule and documents.

Who these people are
Not «foreign labour» but specific people with specific experience
We do not work with anonymous profiles from job boards. Every candidate goes through an interview, an experience check and a conversation about the conditions before the enterprise sees them.
Blue-collar trades
People who have worked with their hands: on the line, in the warehouse, on site. No retraining from office jobs.
Ready for the schedule
Shift work, nights and standing work are discussed before arrival. The person knows what they are coming to and does not leave after the first week.
Documents in order
Passport, validity dates and the grounds for the work permit are checked before the route starts.
A working language
Every group has people who speak Russian or English, and the shop-floor commands are learned in the first days.

Screening
What we check before showing a profile
A profile without a check is just a sheet of paper. That is why every candidate goes through the same set of steps regardless of the country.
A practical trial on site is arranged where pace or accuracy drives the plan. Its terms are agreed before arrival, not after the fact.
- Real experience with the operations rather than a line in a CV
- The type of production or site the person comes from
- Readiness for shift work and night shifts
- Physical readiness and the absence of medical limitations
- Documents: passport, validity, grounds for the permit
- Readiness to live in a group and for the everyday conditions
- The language spoken inside the crew
- The date the person can realistically travel

Money
What the cost of sourcing consists of
Costs split into four parts: WORKIN's services for sourcing and support, the migration partner's services for the documents, state fees at the rates set by law, and separately agreed living arrangements - housing, transport and meals. Each part is shown separately.
Recruitment + migration support + state fees = project budget
Each recipient issues a separate invoice. Payments are not mixed.
What forRecruitment: sourcing, candidate vetting, coordination up to the first shift
When it is paid50% after the contract · 50% after the start
What forMigration documents: translation, permit, visa, residence permit, registration. A separate legal entity with its own account
When it is paidOne payment before paperwork begins
What forState fees for processing documents. Amounts are set by law
When it is paidOn filing each document
What forHousing, transport, meals and other agreed expenses. The scope and cost are fixed separately for the specific city and group
When it is paidOn the schedule agreed in the contract
What the WORKIN recruitment fee covers
- Sourcing and vetting candidates for your profile
- Approval of every profile with the enterprise
- Coordination of the document route with the migration partner
- Arrival logistics, meeting at the border and transfer
- Preparation of the first working day and support after the start
We receive the second half only when the worker has started the shift.
The estimate depends on the country, trade, number of workers, pay and additional project conditions: housing, transport and meals.
Line-by-line amounts will be published once the current price list is confirmed and state fees are re-checked against official sources - with the date of validity next to them.
Guarantees
Commitments fixed by contract
Each guarantee is published exactly as it is worded in the recruitment contract.
01
Worker replacement
Guarantee period - at least 6 months under the contract
The replacement period is fixed in the contract. The wording of the other guarantees will be published once the standard contract is signed - we do not promise in advance.
Questions and answers
What enterprises ask about foreign workers
Answers to the questions that come up before sourcing starts.
Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan on the visa-free route. India and Turkey on a D visa. Bangladesh and Nepal on a D visa with transit. We pick the country to fit the role, the number of people and the deadline, not the other way round.
Realistically 4-7 weeks for visa-free countries, 8-10 weeks for a D visa and 10-14 weeks where transit is required. Sourcing and paperwork run in parallel, so the document route sets the overall time.
Yes, and it is a required step. We show profiles with experience, the interview result and readiness for the site conditions. Only people approved by the enterprise join the project.
The replacement guarantee applies: if the person stops working within the guarantee period, we source a replacement without a repeat recruitment fee. The procedure and terms are fixed in the contract.
The working language of the crew. Every group includes Russian or English speakers, and the shop-floor commands are learned in the first days. For larger groups a lead is appointed as the contact point for the supervisor.
The migration side is run by a separate partner with its own contract and invoice; WORKIN coordinates the timing and shows the status of each step. The work permit is issued in the employer's name.
Yes, providing housing is the employer's duty and one of the conditions behind the work permit. WORKIN handles the search, the contract and the day-to-day side; the payment stays with the enterprise.
Yes. Targeted sourcing covers specific vacancies on a site. The timing is the same: it is set by the paperwork, not by the number of people.
