Staff outsourcing
The work area runs end to end while your headcount stays the same
Packing, order picking, loading or cleaning is handed over to the contractor as a whole. The people are on the WORKIN payroll, a team leader works on site, and the company simply accepts the finished work.
HR administration, wages and occupational safety stay with the contractor.

What it is and how it works
Outsourcing means handing over an area, not renting people
The company agrees on the result: how many tonnes are packed, how many orders are picked, which premises are cleaned and by when. How that is achieved is the contractor's job. The workers are on the WORKIN payroll, and WORKIN runs the schedule, replacements, wages and occupational safety.
First we survey the area: operations, equipment, shift pattern, volume and seasonality. Then we calculate the crew and the billing unit - an hour, a shift or a volume of work - and fix quality indicators, work acceptance and the boundary of responsibility in the contract.
WORKIN recruits the people, employs them on its own staff, puts a crew leader on site and runs the schedule, wages, occupational safety and replacements. The company gives access to the area, accepts the result against the agreed indicators and receives a monthly report on volume, hours and quality.

Who it suits
When outsourcing beats an in-house team
This service fits when the area is not the company's core business, or when headcount simply cannot grow.
- The headcount plan is capped, but the work still has to be done
- The area is auxiliary: packing, picking, loading, cleaning
- The volume of work swings from month to month
- You would rather not run HR administration for foreign workers yourself
- You want a predictable budget for the area instead of hiring and turnover costs
- You need a team leader who owns the result and the schedule
When another service fits better
- Most common areas
- Packing and portioning of products · Order picking in the warehouse · Loading and unloading · Sorting and labelling · Cleaning of production premises · General support work in production · Running the raw material feed line · Internal logistics inside the plant
- Sourcing countries
- Uzbekistan · Azerbaijan · Kyrgyzstan · Tajikistan · India · Türkiye · Bangladesh · Nepal
- Practical timeline to launching the crew
- Visa-free route 4-7 weeksD visa 8-10 weeksD visa with transit 10-14 weeks

How outsourcing works
Six steps from describing the area to the first closed period
The project starts with a survey of the area: without a clear volume of work neither the crew nor the price can be calculated.
- 01
Survey of the area
We look at the operations, equipment, shift pattern, volume and seasonality. We record exactly what is handed over and where the boundary of responsibility runs.
Olena Lytvynenko
- 02
Crew and pricing
We calculate the crew, the shift schedule and the unit of payment: per hour, per shift or per volume of work. We show what the amount is made of.
Olena Lytvynenko
- 03
Contract and metrics
We fix the volume, deadlines, quality metrics, the acceptance procedure and the terms for replacing workers.
Sergii Yevdokimov
- 04
Building the crew
Sourcing and screening people for the area, putting them on the WORKIN payroll, and the document route for foreign workers.
Kemal Aslan
- 05
Launch on site
Briefing, workwear, a team leader on every shift and close attention during the first weeks. The company accepts the work against the agreed metrics.
Andrii Savchuk
- 06
Ongoing work and reporting
Monthly close: volume, hours, quality, replacements. The crew is adjusted to the actual workload.
Olena Lytvynenko
The launch timeline depends on where the workers come from: 4-7 weeks for visa-free countries and 8-14 weeks where a D visa is required.
Who runs the work area
The outsourcing project team
The contract and indicators, people on site and the replacement reserve are handled by different specialists.

Olena Lytvynenko
Head of enterprise projects
Surveys the work area, calculates the crew and keeps indicators under the contract.

Andrii Savchuk
Deputy director
Responsible for crew arrival, housing and the work of on-site coordinators.

Kemal Aslan
Head of recruitment
Builds the crew for the operations and keeps a profile reserve for replacements.
Contract
Contract for the performance of work
Outsourcing is formalised with a work contract: the enterprise buys the result of work, not people's hours. Volume, quality and price are set in the specification.
The enterprise runs its own production-specific briefings; WORKIN provides translation and a team leader.
| Document | Purpose | |
|---|---|---|
| WKN-SC | Contract for the performance of work | |
| WKN-SC-1 | Work specification | |
| WKN-SC-2 | Work acceptance act | |
| WKN-SC-3 | Personnel list |

Questions and answers
What companies ask about staff outsourcing
Answers to the questions that come up before an area is handed over to a contractor.
In what the contract covers. With outsourcing the company buys the result of the work on an area, and the contractor takes on the organisation: team leader, schedule, replacements. With leasing the company receives workers under its own supervisors and assigns the tasks itself.
WORKIN. The people are on its payroll; it pays the wages, keeps the HR and working time records and is responsible for occupational safety within its own crew.
Per unit of work: an hour, a shift or a volume - tonnes, pallets, picked orders, square metres. The unit is chosen so that both sides can verify it. The exact rate is calculated after the survey of the area.
Replacement is the contractor's obligation. The crew has to deliver the agreed volume regardless of sick leave, holidays or departures. The procedure and timeframe for replacement are fixed in the contract.
Yes. Night shifts or peak days are often outsourced when there are not enough of your own staff. The crew and the schedule are matched to the actual workload of the area.
The contractor, within the metrics fixed in the contract. That is why the survey stage has to describe not only the volume but also the quality requirements and the acceptance procedure.
If the workers come from abroad, accommodation is required. WORKIN finds and arranges housing, transport to the site and meals. These costs are shown separately from the rate for the work.
If foreign workers are needed, practically 4-7 weeks for visa-free countries and 8-14 weeks where a D visa is required. The survey, the calculation and the contract take up to two weeks and run in parallel with sourcing.
Yes. A common approach is to hand over one area or one shift, test the metrics and the acceptance procedure, and then extend the scope to other processes.
A WORKIN team leader works on site, and each period is closed with a monthly report: volume, hours, quality, replacements. The company accepts the work against the metrics fixed in the contract.
