What a foreign worker costs
Competitors do not publish prices. We show the cost structure before signing: how much goes to the state, how much to the migration partner and how much to us. There is no such thing as a single invoice for everything.
Exact amounts depend on the route, headcount and salary - the calculator and the commercial proposal provide them.

Three recipients, three invoices, no hidden payment
The money does not go into one till. The state receives fees for the work permit - their size is set by law and is the same for every employer. The migration partner is paid for preparing and filing documents under its own contract. WORKIN receives a fee for recruitment and support. We show all three parts separately, and that is exactly why the total can be verified.

Four parts of the cost per worker
The first three are mandatory in any project. The fourth appears if WORKIN arranges the housing.

State fees
The fee for issuing the work permit and for the residence permit. The amount is set by law, is identical for all employers and does not depend on who you hire through. The company pays it directly to the recipient - not through us.

The migration partner's services
Passport translation and legalisation, notarised copies, preparing and filing the permit application, insurance, the residence permit, migration registration. Paid under a separate contract with the partner.

WORKIN's fee
Recruitment, candidate vetting, profiles, coordination of the document route, tickets, border meeting, transfer, accommodation and a coordinator who speaks the group's language. Equals one month of the worker's official salary: half after the contract, half after the first shift.

Housing, transport, meals
Not part of the base calculation. If there is no housing of your own, WORKIN finds accommodation in the site's city and arranges transport to shifts and meals - a separate project model with separate pricing.

State fees are the same for every employer: neither order volume nor negotiation changes them. A discount is possible only on WORKIN's fee and becomes a real conversation on larger groups.

Three recipients of money, three separate invoices
State fees are paid by the company directly to the recipient - the amounts are set by law and are the same for everyone. The migration partner's services are paid under its own contract. WORKIN issues its invoice separately and receives half of its fee only after the workers start their shifts. Housing, transport and meals are priced separately if ordered.

Because a single figure does not exist. State fees are fixed by law, the partner's services depend on the document package, and our fee is calculated from the worker's salary. We publish the structure and the formula; the concrete numbers come from the calculator for your inputs and from the proposal for your project.

No. The company pays them directly to the recipient and keeps the receipts. We do not earn on state fees and do not add a markup to them.
State fees and the partner's services do not change under any circumstances - that is not our money. Only our fee is open to discussion, and the conversation becomes substantive on groups of several dozen people.

After the contract is signed - the advance on our fee. There are no payments before signing: the request, the calculation and the proposal are free and commit you to nothing.
The course of action on refusal is written into the contract before the project starts. We do not control a state authority's decision, so the consequences are agreed in advance rather than after the fact.
The calculator works from basic inputs. The proposal accounts for night shifts, remoteness of the site, the need for housing, group size and batches - things the calculator does not ask about. The difference is explained line by line, it does not appear silently.
