Commercial proposal
A proposal where all three cost parts are visible
Competitors do not publish prices. We show the cost structure before signing: how much goes to the state, how much to the migration partner and how much to WORKIN. That is the main difference in working with us.
The proposal is prepared 1-2 days after the call about the site and commits you to nothing.

In short
It is a calculation for your project, not a price list
The proposal is built for a specific need: trade, headcount, city, start date and route. The same group from Uzbekistan and from India costs different money and different time, so a single per-person price does not exist. The proposal shows what makes up the total and when each payment falls due.
Document contents
Seven sections of the proposal
Each section answers a question that would otherwise surface during the project.
- 01
Vacancy profile
Trade, headcount, optional and mandatory requirements, the language spoken in the group. This is what WORKIN selects candidates against, and what you accept profiles against.
- 02
Route and timeline
Country of origin, entry regime, the benchmark time to the first shift and the reasons the timeline can grow. The clock starts from the contract, not from the first conversation.
- 03
WORKIN's scope of work
Search, interviews, experience checks, profiles, coordination of the document route, tickets, border meeting, transfer, accommodation and a coordinator who speaks the group's language.
- 04
The three cost parts
State fees, the migration partner's services and WORKIN's fee - as separate lines, with different recipients and different invoices. A single undivided sum is never issued.
- 05
Payment schedule
When each payment falls due and for what exactly. WORKIN receives half of its fee only after the workers start their shifts - written into the proposal, not promised verbally.
- 06
Replacement clause
The terms and procedure for replacing a worker who does not show up or does not pass the trial. The clause is visible before signing, not negotiated after the fact.
- 07
Boundary of responsibility
What WORKIN does and what stays with the company: workplaces, briefing, mentor, address of residence, state fees and the employment contract after the start.

What the proposal contains and what it will not
Transparency works both ways: we do not write into a proposal what we do not control.
In the proposal
- A calculation for a specific group and route
- Time to the first shift, with the reasons it can grow
- The three cost parts as separate lines
- A payment schedule tied to project events
- The worker replacement clause
- The list of documents needed from the company
- The validity period of the proposal itself
What it will not contain
- A guaranteed permit issue date - the decision is made by a state authority
- A promise that a specific candidate will definitely arrive
- A per-person price detached from route and headcount
- Housing, transport and meals in the base calculation - that is a separate model
- The migration partner's legal services under WORKIN's name
If you need an item in the proposal that we do not control, we will say so plainly and name who is responsible for it. There will be no "in progress" wording.
How to get it
Four steps to a proposal in hand
The document is not sent blind: without a call about the site the calculation would not be truthful.
- 01
Request with your need
Trade, headcount, city and the target start date. No documents are needed at this step.
From the companyDescribe the needTypical timeframe5 minutes - 02
Availability check
We look at whether the workers you need are available on the routes and whether your date adds up. If it does not, we say so immediately.
From the companyNo involvement neededTypical timeframeup to 1 business day - 03
Call about the site
Work, shifts, conditions, housing, transport. This is where what drives the timeline and the total becomes clear: night shifts, remoteness of the site, the need for housing.
From the company15-20 minutes on a callTypical timeframe1-2 days - 04
Proposal and walkthrough
You receive the document and we go through it together: cost structure, schedule, replacement clause. Questions on every line are a normal part of the walkthrough.
From the companyDecision on the proposalTypical timeframe1-2 days
The proposal has a validity period: state fees and partner terms change, and an old calculation quickly stops being true.
Money
Three recipients of money, three separate invoices
State fees are paid by the company directly to the recipient - the amounts are set by law and are the same for everyone. The migration partner's services are paid under its own contract. WORKIN issues its invoice separately and receives half of its fee only after the workers start their shifts. Housing, transport and meals are priced separately if ordered.
Recruitment + migration support + state fees = project budget
Each recipient issues a separate invoice. Payments are not mixed.
What forRecruitment: sourcing, candidate vetting, coordination up to the first shift
When it is paid50% after the contract · 50% after the start
What forMigration documents: translation, permit, visa, residence permit, registration. A separate legal entity with its own account
When it is paidOne payment before paperwork begins
What forState fees for processing documents. Amounts are set by law
When it is paidOn filing each document
What forHousing, transport, meals and other agreed expenses. The scope and cost are fixed separately for the specific city and group
When it is paidOn the schedule agreed in the contract
What the WORKIN recruitment fee covers
- Sourcing and vetting candidates for your profile
- Approval of every profile with the enterprise
- Coordination of the document route with the migration partner
- Arrival logistics, meeting at the border and transfer
- Preparation of the first working day and support after the start
We receive the second half only when the worker has started the shift.
The estimate depends on the country, trade, number of workers, pay and additional project conditions: housing, transport and meals.
Line-by-line amounts will be published once the current price list is confirmed and state fees are re-checked against official sources - with the date of validity next to them.

What to do next
Four usual steps once the document has been read.
The terms work, ready to start
Page
ContractThe contract is signed before recruitment starts. The page shows exactly what is in it: subject, payments, replacement guarantee and grounds for termination.
You need to check the site's readiness
Page
Readiness checklistThe checklist walks through documents, workplaces, housing and occupational safety. It directly affects the timeline stated in the proposal.
Questions about liability and inspections
Page
Employer obligationsA breakdown of what the law places on the company as the employer of a foreign worker and which documents must be kept in HR records.
The need has changed: different trade or headcount

Staff requestSend a new request and the calculation is redone. A group of 30 and a group of 150 travel different routes.
Questions and answers
What people ask about the proposal
Answers to what gets clarified before the document is requested.
Because the total depends on route and headcount. Visa-free Uzbekistan and a D visa from India mean different timelines and different fees. A group of 15 and a group of 200 are calculated with different models. A per-person price without those inputs would be fiction.
1-2 days after the call about the site. The call is necessary: without understanding shifts, conditions and housing the calculation would not be truthful and would have to be rewritten mid-project.
No. The proposal is a document for making a decision. Obligations arise after a signed contract, and the contract is the next step, not this one.
The validity period is stated in the document itself. State fees and partner terms in the countries change, so an old calculation quickly stops matching reality.
You can get a ballpark from the calculator on the site. But that is a ballpark, not a proposal: it does not account for night shifts, remoteness of the site, the need for housing and other things that change the total.
Route and entry regime, headcount, the need for housing and transport, the trade and the timeline. Urgency by itself does not reduce the total - it only narrows the choice of routes.
Yes, as a separate line. Those amounts are set by law, are the same for everyone and are paid by the company directly to the recipient - not through us.
Say so plainly. Often the answer is changing route, splitting the group into batches or dropping turnkey housing. Those options get calculated, not presented as "there is nothing else".
