What it is and how it works
Living arrangements are part of the project, not an add-on to sourcing
A foreign worker arrives in an unfamiliar city with no housing, no transport and no familiar food. If those three are not solved before arrival, the project falls apart in the second week: people are late, get sick and leave. WORKIN finds and checks the housing, arranges the move-in and the transport to the site, and agrees the meal format. The enterprise pays - that is its duty as the employer.
First we look at the city, the site address, the shift schedule and the group size, and fix the housing and meal format within the budget. We inspect housing near the site in person, agree terms with the owner and prepare it for move-in, and plan transport to work around the shifts, night shifts included.
On arrival day the group is met, moved in and briefed on the house rules, and the address goes straight into the registration documents. After that, one WORKIN contact handles everyday issues. Rent, transport and meals are shown as separate cost items, and the company pays for them.

How we arrange it
Six steps from finding housing to a stable routine
The living setup is prepared in parallel with the documents and has to be closed before the arrival date, not after it.

Requirements and budget
We look at the city, the site address, the shift schedule, the size of the group and the countries people come from. We fix what housing and meal format is needed and what budget it fits.

Finding and checking housing
We look for options near the site or within a sensible travel distance. We inspect the place itself rather than photos: people per room, bathrooms, kitchen, heating, washing machine.

Contract and preparation
We agree the contract with the owner and prepare the place for arrival: beds, linen, kitchenware, hygiene supplies and a check that everything works.

Transport plan
We build the route and schedule around the shifts, including nights and weekends. We agree the carrier and a backup for breakdowns.

Moving the group in
Meeting, move-in, a briefing on house rules and safety, the first trip to the shop. The address goes straight into the residence registration documents.

If a worker leaves or is transferred, it is enough to tell us the next working day to remove them from the record.

The enterprise. Providing housing is the employer's duty and one of the conditions behind the work permit. WORKIN handles the search, the contract and the day-to-day side; the invoices are paid by the enterprise.
We give terms for a specific city and site address rather than a general list. Rental markets differ sharply: what is easy to find in one city may not exist in another. Give us the address and the shift schedule - we will look at real options and say honestly what is possible.
That is agreed before arrival and depends on the housing and the budget. We show options with the real number of beds rather than promising hotel conditions. Saving on cheap housing with too many people always ends in resignations.
WORKIN arranges the transport around the shift schedule, nights and weekends included. The plan includes a backup: a broken-down bus must not stop the shift.
Three workable formats: a kitchen in the housing with group shopping, delivered meals, or a canteen on site. Which one fits depends on the shift schedule and on what exists nearby. The shopping list is agreed with the group itself, not assumed from national cuisine.
The exact shift schedule, the site address, the size of the group and advance notice of schedule changes. Plus on-site facilities: a changing room, toilets and somewhere to eat during the break.

Yes. Registration of residence is done at the actual address, so the housing has to be ready before the worker starts the post-arrival paperwork.
We look at two options: housing closer to the site, or a longer commute with the travel time counted honestly. The second has a limit: once the trip eats more than about an hour and a half each way, people start leaving regardless of pay.
