A direction where permission is needed from both sides
Nepal supplies hard-wearing workers for construction, finishing, warehousing and production. What sets the direction apart is something else: besides the Ukrainian permit and the visa, an exit permit from Nepal itself is required. That is a second state in the route, and it has its own timeline.
Two states in the route
Here the permission comes not only from Ukraine but from Nepal too
On other directions one side decides. Here the sending state regulates labour migration separately: a candidate cannot simply buy a ticket until the exit permit is issued.

Hiring runs under the contract for recruitment and migration support. The number of people, deadlines, payment terms and replacements are written in the contract and its annexes.

Because two states make the decision. Besides the Ukrainian permit and the visa, an exit permit from Nepal is required. Each stage has its own timeline and they run one after another.
Nepal regulates the labour migration of its citizens: the candidate receives an official permit to leave for work. Without that document they do not fly, even with a visa.
The working language is Nepali, and most candidates have working English. They do not speak Russian, so a coordinator works with the group.
The practical group size is up to 100 people. Arrivals are split into waves: exit permits are not issued for everyone at once.

State fees are paid by the company directly to the recipient. The migration partner's services are paid under its own contract. WORKIN invoices separately.
If there is no company housing, WORKIN finds accommodation for the group in the town of the site and arranges the journey to shifts and meals. That is a separate project model with its own price.
