Migration support
Paperwork for the foreign workers you have already found
The candidates are there; what remains is the paperwork. Work permit, visa, insurance, residence permit and registration - on one timeline, with a clear status for every step.
The documents are prepared by a separate migration partner. WORKIN coordinates the timing and the statuses.

What it is and how it works
Support is for the case where sourcing is no longer needed
The enterprise found the people itself: relatives of current staff, workers from earlier projects or candidates from partners. WORKIN takes on what usually stalls - the document route, the deadlines and the work with the migration partner. The enterprise remains the employer.
First we check passports, validity dates, the profession and any past refusals, so obstacles show up before filing. The company collects a small package - company details, a registry extract, a draft employment contract and salary information - and the migration partner prepares and files the work permit application.
For visa countries a type D visa and an embassy interview come next; for visa-free countries this step is skipped. After entry come insurance, the residence permit and registration of the place of residence. WORKIN keeps one schedule, shows the status of every person and reminds you about renewals in advance.

Who it suits
When support is exactly what is needed
The service fits when the people are found but there is no time or nobody to handle the paperwork.
- Candidates were found independently and are ready to start
- Workers are already in Ukraine and documents need extending or re-issuing
- There is nobody in-house who handles migration matters
- An earlier attempt to do it in-house got stuck
- One timeline is needed for a group rather than separate stories
- The worker's family also needs papers
When another service fits better
- The worker's documents
- Work permit for a foreign national · Long-term D visa · Transit documents for certain countries · Medical insurance · Temporary residence permit · Registration of residence · Renewal of the permit and the residence permit · Documents for the worker's family
- Countries we work with
- Uzbekistan · Azerbaijan · Kyrgyzstan · Tajikistan · India · Turkey · Bangladesh · Nepal
- Realistic processing time
- Visa-free route 4-7 weeksD visa 8-10 weeksD visa with transit 10-14 weeks

How the process runs
Six steps from checking documents to registration
Every step has a completion marker and a timeframe. State authority timings are practical guidance, not a promise of a decision.
- 01
Checking the starting data
We look at passports, validity dates, the occupation, previous refusals and the current status. This step shows whether anything blocks the application.

- 02
Preparing the enterprise's file
Company details, register extract, draft employment contract, salary information and the authorised signatory. The file is small, but without it the route does not start.

- 03
Work permit
The migration partner prepares and submits the documents; the permit is issued to the enterprise as the employer.

- 04
D visa and entry
For visa countries: appointment, interview and the embassy's decision. For visa-free countries this step is skipped.
Country manager - 05
After entry
Insurance, the residence permit file, submission and collection. The employment contract is signed in parallel.
Andrii Savchuk
- 06
Registration of residence
Registration at the worker's actual address through the administrative service centre. After that the file is closed.

Documents
What the enterprise signs as the employer
Migration support runs under a contract with WORKIN, and we prepare the employer's HR documents. The enterprise only needs to sign them.
State fees for the permit and residence permit are paid by the enterprise directly to the state, with no markup.

Questions and answers
What enterprises ask about hiring foreign workers
Answers to the questions that come up before the paperwork starts.
The permit is issued to the enterprise as the employer. The documents are prepared and submitted by a separate migration partner, while WORKIN coordinates the timing and shows the status of every step.
Practical guidance: 4-7 weeks for visa-free countries, 8-10 weeks for a D visa and 10-14 weeks where transit is required. The total is made up of the review at the employment service, the embassy's decision and the post-arrival steps.
The cost splits into three parts: WORKIN's coordination, the migration partner's services and the state fees. The last are set by law and the enterprise pays them directly to the recipient. The exact figure is prepared for the specific citizenship and occupation.
That is a common case. We look at the current status of stay and the validity of the documents, then build the route for re-issuing or extending them. Sometimes no exit from the country is needed at all.
Yes, family members have their own document route. It is better planned together with the main file so the timings do not drift apart.
Refusals usually come from an incomplete file or a mismatch in the occupation. The checking step makes that visible in advance. Nobody can guarantee a state authority's decision - we show the risks before submission, not after.
Yes, the permit requires a notarised translation. It is one of the first documents the candidate is asked to prepare.
The enterprise, directly to the recipient. The amounts are set by law; WORKIN does not collect them and shows them as a separate line in the estimate.
Yes, a group runs on one timeline while the status stays visible per person. That is easier than separate stories and lets you plan when the group starts its shifts.
The permit and the residence permit have expiry dates, and renewal has to start in advance. WORKIN keeps the calendar and warns before a document runs out.
