How Workin works
We bring in workers for your enterprise - from request to the first shift
You define how many people you need and in which trades. Workin organises sourcing, candidate vetting, the document route, arrival and preparation for the first working day.
A preliminary estimate does not oblige you to sign a contract.

Outcome
What the enterprise gets
Not separate services and not a list of CVs. The enterprise gets an organised project with a clear group composition, schedule, documents, owners and conditions for the first shift.
- 01
Approved candidates
Before the document route starts, the enterprise receives profiles with experience, trade, languages and vetting results for every candidate.
- 02
Arrival and first-shift plan
The group arrives on an agreed schedule. The enterprise knows the dates, the group composition and its own team's actions in advance.
- 03
One project manager
The enterprise does not assemble the process from several contractors. A Workin project manager coordinates sourcing, documents, arrival and first-day preparation.

Process
From request to the first shift - 17 controlled steps
Every step has an owner, a result and a practical timeline. The enterprise sees what is already done, what is happening now and which stage comes next.

The enterprise's role
The enterprise contributes decisions, conditions and four actions
Workin runs the project, but the enterprise remains the employer and fulfils its contractual and legal duties.
- 01
Describe the need
Trades, headcount, working conditions, schedule and pay - the basis of the estimate and the candidate profile.
- 02
Approve the candidates
The enterprise reviews the profiles and confirms the people who join the project.
- 03
Provide documents and a responsible person
Company details, registry extract, an authorised signatory - and an employee who runs the project on the enterprise side.
- 04
Make the payments and prepare the workplace
Agreed payments on the contract schedule, a prepared site and safety briefing by the start date.
Scope of support
One coordination team - a clear division of responsibility
The project involves Workin, an independent migration partner, the enterprise and state authorities. For every duty you can see who organises it, who decides, who pays and what the enterprise provides. The migration partner is a separate legal entity, not a Workin department.

Countries and routes
The country determines the documents, the route and the arrival timeline
Workin works with confirmed directions: Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan - visa-free; India and Turkiye - on a D visa; Bangladesh and Nepal - a D visa with transit. Each route shows the entry mode, timeline, trades, documents and transit.
Countries
- Entry method
- Direct flight without a visa
- Transit
- Not required
- For which trades
- Production, warehouse, construction, general labour
- Main constraint
- The timeline depends on issuing the work permit
Who it suitsSuits an enterprise that needs production, warehouse or construction workers and can start the paperwork right after the candidates are approved.
Most of the timeline goes to the work permit and document preparation. The visa route additionally requires the visa and, where needed, transit paperwork.
The final route is confirmed after checking the trade, the enterprise conditions and the candidates' documents
Project timeline
The timeline depends on the country, the trade and the enterprise's readiness
The total timeline is made up of separate segments. Some are run by Workin with the migration partner; others are reviewed by state authorities - we do not promise their decisions.
- 01
Sourcing
Search and interviews against the profile - first candidate files usually within a week.
- 02
Candidate vetting
Experience, documents and readiness to travel - in parallel with sourcing.
- 03
Work permit
Review by the employment centre - practically 2-4 weeks.
- 04
Visa or visa-free route
Visa-free countries travel right after the permit. The D visa adds an embassy interview and decision.
- 05
Transit
For some countries - transit processing via Moldova, extra time on the route.
- 06
Registration after arrival
Insurance, residence permit, registration - 3-5 weeks after entry.
- 07
Actual start date
Agreed in advance: housing, transfer, briefing and the first working day are prepared before arrival.
Practical estimates are shown with their validity date. We do not promise state decisions or an absolute deadline. Updated: August 6, 2026

You see in advance who you pay and what for
The project cost consists of four parts: Workin services, migration partner services, state fees and additional project services. For each part you can see the recipient, the scope, the payment moment and what can change the amount.
Recruitment + migration support + state fees = project budget
Each recipient issues a separate invoice. Payments are not mixed.

Migration Support Office

Migration documents: translation, permit, visa, residence permit, registration. A separate legal entity with its own account
One payment before paperwork begins
The state
Workin does not receive these funds
State fees for processing documents. Amounts are set by law
On filing each document
Additional project services
Housing, transport, meals and other agreed expenses. The scope and cost are fixed separately for the specific city and group
On the schedule agreed in the contract
The estimate depends on the country, trade, number of workers, pay and additional project conditions: housing, transport and meals.
Line-by-line amounts will be published once the current price list is confirmed and state fees are re-checked against official sources - with the date of validity next to them.
Industries and tasks
Workers for manufacturing, warehousing, construction and service tasks
Line operators, packers, order pickers, loaders, machine operators, welders, construction workers, drivers, agricultural workers, kitchen and cleaning staff - matched to the specific task at your site.
If the task is non-standard, we start with a short review of the site and types of work.

We build a shift for your production process
First we clarify what exactly the person does at the workplace: operates the line, picks, packs, works on a machine or performs auxiliary operations. This defines the requirements for experience, language, pace and training.
Trades
What we clarify before sourcing
- Type of production and operations
- Schedule and shift length
- Experience and training requirements
- Working language and briefing
- Housing and transport to the site

We select people for the real pace and layout of the warehouse
We consider not just the job title but the work zone, volume of movements, temperature conditions, equipment, picking rates and shift patterns. The candidate must understand the specific operation, not just have a warehouse record.
Trades
What we clarify before sourcing
- Type of warehouse and goods
- Manual or mechanised operations
- Temperature conditions
- Picking rates
- Equipment and required permits
- Shifts, housing and transport to the site

We form a crew for the specific construction stage
Concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, assembly and general construction require different qualifications. Before sourcing we fix the type of work, experience requirements, protective equipment, project duration and site readiness.
Trades
What we clarify before sourcing
- Stage and scope of work
- Qualification and proof of experience
- Safety requirements
- Tools, workwear and protective equipment
- Schedule and project duration
- Housing and transport
Didn't find your industry or is the trade non-standard?
Describe the site and types of work. We will check whether we can build a team, what requirements need to be fixed and where to start the project.
Housing and daily life
The first shift does not start at the factory gate
For the group to start on schedule, the meeting, accommodation, route to the site, meals and communication must be arranged in advance. Workin can organise these processes under a separately agreed project model.

A private room
For a single worker or a group coordinator. A bed, wardrobe, desk and access to the kitchen and bathroom. The specific property and cost are agreed before the move-in.
What Workin does
- Searches for suitable properties
- Requests real photos and conditions
- Verifies the number of places and household equipment
- Agrees the cost
- Arranges the contract and the move-in
- Arranges transport where needed
- Helps arrange meals through a contractor
- Assigns a contact for daily-life questions
- Responds to housing issues within the contract
The photos show possible accommodation formats. The specific property, address, cost and conditions are approved by the enterprise before the workers move in.
Before arrival the enterprise receives photos of the approved property and the accommodation conditions.
Guarantees
Commitments fixed by contract
Each guarantee is published exactly as it is worded in the recruitment contract.
01
Worker replacement
Conditions and period - per the contract
Exact wording appears here once the standard contract is signed. Until then we publish no promises - the same principle as with prices.
Cases and project scenarios
How enterprises close their staffing gap with Workin
Below are delivered Workin projects. Company names are withheld under confidentiality terms; everything else is shown as it happened.

Agriculture and food
Launching a packaging shift at a food plant
The plant lacked line operators and packers to launch an additional shift. Workin built the candidate profile, ran sourcing, screening, the document route, arrival and preparation for the first day on site.
Workin assembled and prepared the group, took it through the document route and organised the start of the additional shift. The plant received a clear arrival and launch schedule.

The Workin team is built from experienced specialists of the Ukrainian recruitment market. Many of them speak two or three languages and can talk directly to the company's management, to candidates and to workers who have arrived.
Important information does not pass through a chain of random interpreters. Job conditions, company requirements, documents, house rules and the start-of-work procedure are explained to each person in a language they understand.
If a project involves workers from a new country, Workin brings in a coordinator with the required language and experience in that direction.

Areas of responsibility
A single point of contact for the company. Owns the schedule, statuses, team coordination and project decisions.
Runs interviews, verifies experience, prepares candidate profiles and explains the terms of work in a language the candidate understands.
Keeps in touch with candidates, guides them through the preparation stages and checks that the project terms are understood correctly.
Workin coordinates the process, while migration documents are handled by a separate migration partner within its own scope of responsibility.
Arranges the pickup, transfer, move-in and hands the workers the information they need.
Helps on the first working day, explains the site rules and keeps communication going between workers and shift managers.
The enterprise talks to one project manager. Every worker gets information in a language they understand.
That is how Workin reduces mistakes, misunderstandings and failures after a group arrives.
Questions and answers
Frequent questions about hiring foreign workers
Short answers to the questions directors and HR ask most often before a project starts.
From a small group to several hundred people. Large projects are split into waves: the first group starts working while the next ones are being prepared. The headcount and schedule are fixed in the project plan before the start.
Production line operators, packers, order pickers, loaders, warehouse workers, machine and CNC operators, welders, construction and concrete workers, finishing specialists, drivers, agricultural workers, kitchen and cleaning staff. If your trade is not on the list, describe the task and we will check available candidates.
Visa-free - Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. On a D visa - India and Turkiye. On a D visa with transit - Bangladesh and Nepal. We propose the country based on the trade, the headcount and the target start date.
Practical estimates: the visa-free route - 4-7 weeks, the D visa - 8-10 weeks, the D visa with transit - 10-14 weeks from contract to the first shift. The exact timeline depends on the country, the trade, the readiness of the enterprise's documents and state decisions.
The employer is the applicant, while an independent migration partner prepares and files the documents. The decision is made by the regional employment centre. Workin coordinates the process and shows the enterprise the status of every step.
Four actions: describe the need and working conditions, approve the candidates, provide documents and a responsible employee, make the agreed payments and prepare the workplace. After the start, the employer's duties remain: contract, wages, occupational safety, briefing.
On request Workin arranges it: housing search, move-in, transport to the site by shift schedule. The scope and cost are agreed as a separate project model and paid by the enterprise. If the enterprise has its own housing and transport, we use them.
State fees for document processing are paid by the enterprise directly to the recipient - their amounts are set by law. Workin does not receive this money and shows it as a separate line in the estimate.
A trade interview, a check of documents and work history, verification of practical skills and readiness to relocate. The results are recorded in the profile the enterprise receives before approval.
Yes. Only candidates confirmed by the enterprise from their profiles enter the document route. If needed, we arrange a video interview with the candidate before the decision.
The contractual replacement clause applies: Workin sources a new worker on the agreed conditions and within the agreed period. The replacement procedure, deadlines and exclusions are fixed in the contract before the project starts.
The project budget consists of four parts: Workin services, migration partner services, state fees and additional services - housing, transport, meals. For each part you can see the recipient and the payment moment. The estimate is prepared for the specific project.
Yes, many enterprises start with a pilot group, verify the process and then scale the project. The conditions for the next groups are fixed in advance.
Fill in the estimate form on this page or call us. A project manager will clarify the details and prepare a proposal with the route, timeline and cost structure for your task.
