What it is and how it works
A warehouse shift filled by a group, not one person at a time
WORKIN recruits order pickers, loaders, forklift drivers and warehouse operators. The warehouse tells us how many people each shift is missing, and we assemble the group, check skills against your equipment and systems and bring people to their first shift.
First we fix the shift profile: work with handheld terminals and WMS, equipment type and rack height, schedule and night shifts. Warehouses are staffed from visa-free countries - Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan - where there is volume and lead times are short. Forklift drivers are checked for licence and equipment type before you see the profile.
You approve the people, the migration partner handles the permit and documents, and WORKIN arranges arrival, housing and transport to the warehouse when needed. For the first shifts a newcomer works alongside an experienced picker. If the people should stay off your payroll, the warehouse can be staffed under a staff provision contract.

Forklift drivers are the only warehouse position where a licence is mandatory. The other trades fill faster because training is short.

What companies ask about warehouse hiring
Answers to the questions that come up before a project starts.
Ten or more. A smaller group does not outpace the turnover: while people are travelling, several more resign. The practical size of a first group is 10 to 30 people.
Yes, it is the only warehouse position where the document is mandatory. We check the original and the type of truck: a reach truck and a counterbalance forklift are different clearances.
The first shifts are worked in a pair with an experienced picker, and most reach a normal pace within one to two weeks. That is faster than in manufacturing because the operations are simple.
You can, but the paperwork route takes 4-7 weeks, so a seasonal request has to be placed in advance. Two weeks before the peak we will not make it.
If there is no company housing, WORKIN finds accommodation for the group and arranges the journey to shifts. That is a separate project model with its own price.
We check readiness for night work at interview and state it in the profile. If a person is not ready, you see that before arrival rather than after the first night.
Most candidates from the visa-free directions understand Russian. The group has a coordinator, and the safety briefing is given in a language people genuinely understand.
The contractual replacement term applies. On a warehouse floor this shows quickly: the first week reveals whether the person keeps the rate.
