Guide for directors
How to bring foreign workers to your enterprise
The full project plan: who you can bring in, from which countries, how long the process takes, who gets paid and what the enterprise provides.
A preliminary estimate does not oblige you to sign a contract.

In brief
WORKIN runs the project from the need to the group's first shift
The enterprise defines the trades, the headcount and the working conditions. WORKIN builds the candidate profile, runs sourcing and vetting, coordinates the document route, arrival, accommodation and preparation for the first working day.
Who it suits
The format works where the shortage is structural
Bringing in workers from abroad answers a persistent shortage, not a one-off peak in workload.
- 01
The local market cannot supply the headcount you need
- 02
You need to open an additional shift
- 03
The enterprise is expanding production or warehousing
- 04
You need blue-collar trades at scale
- 05
You need a group with an agreed start date
- 06
The in-house HR team cannot run an international project alone
Industries and tasks
Who you can bring in: manufacturing, warehouse, construction and services
Line operators, packers, order pickers, loaders, machine and CNC operators, welders, construction workers, drivers, agricultural workers, kitchen and cleaning staff - matched to the specific task at your site.
If the task is non-standard, we start with a short review of the site and types of work.

We build a shift for your production process
First we clarify what exactly the person does at the workplace: operates the line, picks, packs, works on a machine or performs auxiliary operations. This defines the requirements for experience, language, pace and training.
Trades
What we clarify before sourcing
- Type of production and operations
- Schedule and shift length
- Experience and training requirements
- Working language and briefing
- Housing and transport to the site

We select people for the real pace and layout of the warehouse
We consider not just the job title but the work zone, volume of movements, temperature conditions, equipment, picking rates and shift patterns. The candidate must understand the specific operation, not just have a warehouse record.
Trades
What we clarify before sourcing
- Type of warehouse and goods
- Manual or mechanised operations
- Temperature conditions
- Picking rates
- Equipment and required permits
- Shifts, housing and transport to the site

We form a crew for the specific construction stage
Concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, assembly and general construction require different qualifications. Before sourcing we fix the type of work, experience requirements, protective equipment, project duration and site readiness.
Trades
What we clarify before sourcing
- Stage and scope of work
- Qualification and proof of experience
- Safety requirements
- Tools, workwear and protective equipment
- Schedule and project duration
- Housing and transport
Didn't find your industry or is the trade non-standard?
Describe the site and types of work. We will check whether we can build a team, what requirements need to be fixed and where to start the project.
Countries and routes
Countries and routes: where the workers come from
Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan - visa-free. India and Turkiye - on a D visa. Bangladesh and Nepal - a D visa with transit. Each route shows the entry mode, timeline, trades, documents and transit.
Countries
- Entry method
- Direct flight without a visa
- Transit
- Not required
- For which trades
- Production, warehouse, construction, general labour
- Main constraint
- The timeline depends on issuing the work permit
Who it suitsSuits an enterprise that needs production, warehouse or construction workers and can start the paperwork right after the candidates are approved.
Most of the timeline goes to the work permit and document preparation. The visa route additionally requires the visa and, where needed, transit paperwork.
The final route is confirmed after checking the trade, the enterprise conditions and the candidates' documents
Process
The 17-step process: three project phases
Every step has an owner, a result, a practical timeline and the payment tied to that stage. Switch the route and the stages and total timeline recalculate.

Sourcing
Search and interviews against the profile - first profiles usually within a week.
- 02
Candidate vetting
Experience, documents and readiness to travel - in parallel with sourcing.

Arrival
Flight, meeting at the border and transfer on the agreed schedule.
- 07
Registration after entry
Insurance, residence permit, address registration - 3-5 weeks.
- 08
Actual start
The date is agreed in advance: housing, briefing and the workplace are prepared before arrival.
Practical estimates are shown with their validity date. We do not promise state decisions or an absolute deadline. Updated: August 7, 2026

What makes up the cost
The project budget splits into four parts: WORKIN services, the services of an independent migration partner, state fees and additional services - housing, transport and meals.
Recruitment + migration support + state fees = project budget
Each recipient issues a separate invoice. Payments are not mixed.
WORKIN
Half only after the worker starts
Recruitment: sourcing, candidate vetting, coordination up to the first shift
What the WORKIN recruitment fee covers
- Sourcing and vetting candidates for your profile
- Approval of every profile with the enterprise
- Coordination of the document route with the migration partner
- Arrival logistics, meeting at the border and transfer
- Preparation of the first working day and support after the start
50% after the contract · 50% after the start
We receive the second half only when the worker has started the shift.
Migration Support Office
Separate legal entity
Migration documents: translation, permit, visa, residence permit, registration. A separate legal entity with its own account
One payment before paperwork begins
The state
WORKIN does not receive these funds
State fees for processing documents. Amounts are set by law
On filing each document
Additional project services
Housing, transport, meals and other agreed expenses. The scope and cost are fixed separately for the specific city and group
On the schedule agreed in the contract
The estimate depends on the country, trade, number of workers, pay and additional project conditions: housing, transport and meals.
Line-by-line amounts will be published once the current price list is confirmed and state fees are re-checked against official sources - with the date of validity next to them.
The enterprise's role
What the enterprise does
WORKIN runs the project, but the enterprise remains the employer and fulfils its contractual and legal duties.
- 01
Describe the need
Trades, headcount, working conditions, schedule and pay.
- 02
Approve the candidates
The enterprise confirms the people who join the project.
- 03
Provide documents and a responsible person
Company details, registry extract, an authorised signatory and an employee who runs the project.
- 04
Make the payments and prepare the site
Payments on the contract schedule, workplaces and briefing by the start date.
Housing and daily life
Housing, transport and meals
For the group to start on schedule, the meeting, accommodation, route to the site and meals are arranged in advance. WORKIN can organise this under a separately agreed project model.

A private room
For a single worker or a group coordinator. A bed, wardrobe, desk and access to the kitchen and bathroom. The specific property and cost are agreed before the move-in.
What WORKIN does
- Searches for suitable properties
- Requests real photos and conditions
- Verifies the number of places and household equipment
- Agrees the cost
- Arranges the contract and the move-in
- Arranges transport where needed
- Helps arrange meals through a contractor
- Assigns a contact for daily-life questions
- Responds to housing issues within the contract
The photos show possible accommodation formats. The specific property, address, cost and conditions are approved by the enterprise before the workers move in.
Before arrival the enterprise receives photos of the approved property and the accommodation conditions.
Guarantees
Commitments fixed by contract
Each guarantee is published exactly as it is worded in the recruitment contract.
01
Worker replacement
Conditions and period - per the contract
Exact wording appears here once the standard contract is signed. Until then we publish no promises - the same principle as with prices.
Cases and project scenarios
How enterprises close their staffing gap with WORKIN
Below are delivered WORKIN projects. Company names are withheld under confidentiality terms; everything else is shown as it happened.

Agriculture and food
Launching a packaging shift at a food plant
The plant lacked line operators and packers to launch an additional shift. WORKIN built the candidate profile, ran sourcing, screening, the document route, arrival and preparation for the first day on site.
WORKIN assembled and prepared the group, took it through the document route and organised the start of the additional shift. The plant received a clear arrival and launch schedule.

Questions and answers
What directors ask most often
Short answers to the questions that come up before the decision.
A project makes sense from a small group. Many enterprises start with a pilot group, verify the process and then scale. The conditions for the next groups are fixed in advance.
Practical estimates: visa-free - 4-7 weeks, D visa - 8-10 weeks, D visa with transit - 10-14 weeks from contract to the first shift. The exact timeline depends on the country, the trade, document readiness and state decisions.
The enterprise remains the employer: the work permit is issued to it and the employment contract is signed with it. An independent migration partner prepares and files the documents; WORKIN coordinates the process.
The contractual replacement clause applies: WORKIN sources a new worker on the agreed conditions and within the agreed period. The procedure, deadlines and exclusions are fixed in the contract before the start.
Yes. Profiles with trade, experience, languages and vetting results reach the enterprise before the document route starts. Only people you confirm join the project.
The enterprise pays them directly to the recipient - the amounts are set by law. WORKIN does not receive this money and shows it as a separate line in the estimate.
No. If there is none, WORKIN can find and arrange accommodation, transport to the site and meals. The scope and cost are agreed separately and paid by the enterprise.
Blue-collar trades at scale: line operators, packers, order pickers, loaders, general labour. Technical trades - welders, machine and CNC operators - need a wider search and more often use the visa route.
It is workable: housing and transport become the key questions. If there is no suitable housing nearby, accommodation and transport to the site are included in the project model.
The project has one manager on the WORKIN side. Each of the 17 steps shows an owner, a result and a timeline - the enterprise sees what is done and what comes next.
Yes, that is the standard model - an employment contract with the enterprise and official registration: permit, residence permit, address registration and working time records.
Describe the trade, the headcount, the city and the target date - a project manager will clarify the details and prepare an estimate with the route, timeline and cost structure.
