What matters about this figure
- The calculation is preliminary. The exact amount is fixed in the contract after the input data is checked.
- State payments are set by law and paid directly to the recipient. WORKIN does not take this money.
- The migration partner's services are paid under its own separate contract.
- The one-off first-year costs do not repeat: after that the enterprise pays the salary and renews the documents.
- Housing, transport and meals are calculated for the specific city and group size.
- Travel depends on the country, the season and the number of people in the arrival.

The market quotes a single figure. We split it into three payments, because these are three different recipients - and we earn nothing on state fees.

From a small group to several hundred people. Large projects are split into waves: the first group starts working while the next ones are being prepared. The headcount and schedule are fixed in the project plan before the start.
Production line operators, packers, order pickers, loaders, warehouse workers, machine and CNC operators, welders, construction and concrete workers, finishing specialists, drivers, agricultural workers, kitchen and cleaning staff. If your trade is not on the list, describe the task and we will check available candidates.
Visa-free - Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. On a D visa - India and Turkiye. On a D visa with transit - Bangladesh and Nepal. We propose the country based on the trade, the headcount and the target start date.
Practical estimates: the visa-free route - 4-7 weeks, the D visa - 8-10 weeks, the D visa with transit - 10-14 weeks from contract to the first shift. The exact timeline depends on the country, the trade, the readiness of the enterprise's documents and state decisions.
The employer is the applicant, while an independent migration partner prepares and files the documents. The decision is made by the regional employment centre. WORKIN coordinates the process and shows the enterprise the status of every step.
Four actions: describe the need and working conditions, approve the candidates, provide documents and a responsible employee, make the agreed payments and prepare the workplace. After the start, the employer's duties remain: contract, wages, occupational safety, briefing.
On request WORKIN arranges it: housing search, move-in, transport to the site by shift schedule. The scope and cost are agreed as a separate project model and paid by the enterprise. If the enterprise has its own housing and transport, we use them.
State fees for document processing are paid by the enterprise directly to the recipient - their amounts are set by law. WORKIN does not receive this money and shows it as a separate line in the estimate.
A trade interview, a check of documents and work history, verification of practical skills and readiness to relocate. The results are recorded in the profile the enterprise receives before approval.
Yes. Only candidates confirmed by the enterprise from their profiles enter the document route. If needed, we arrange a video interview with the candidate before the decision.
The contractual replacement clause applies: WORKIN sources a new worker on the agreed conditions and within the agreed period. The replacement procedure, deadlines and exclusions are fixed in the contract before the project starts.
The project budget consists of four parts: WORKIN services, migration partner services, state fees and additional services - housing, transport, meals. For each part you can see the recipient and the payment moment. The estimate is prepared for the specific project.
Yes, many enterprises start with a pilot group, verify the process and then scale the project. The conditions for the next groups are fixed in advance.
