WORKIN works with enterprises short of workers: factories, warehouses, construction sites, agriculture, hotels and cleaning. Local hiring there has run dry, and a line cannot stop or a site be handed over late.
We take on what an HR department has neither the time nor the contacts abroad for: sourcing in the source countries, experience checks, documents, travel, housing and the first weeks on site. The enterprise approves candidates and prepares the workplaces.
We receive half of our fee only after people have started their shifts. That is why it pays for us to take every project to the result, and we speak openly about unrealistic timelines in the very first conversation.

The timelines below are practical references from real groups. Government decisions do not depend on us, and we say so in advance.

A manager clarifies the trades, headcount, conditions, pay and start date.

Geography
Where our workers come from
We choose the route for the trade and the date the enterprise needs. The way of entry sets the timeline.

Visa-free
The shortest route: only the work permit is arranged, the residence permit is done in Ukraine.
8-10 weeks
D visa
After the permit, the candidate applies for a work visa at the embassy in their country.

D visa and transit
There are no direct flights, so the group travels via a neighbouring country with a coordinator.

Principles
What we stick to in every project

Official only
A contract with the enterprise, a work permit before the person leaves home, a residence permit and registration after arrival.
- 02
Paid for the result
The second half of the fee comes after the workers' first shift, and the condition is written into the contract.
- 03
Candidates pay nothing
The application, interview and job are free for the worker. Anyone taking money from people in our name is a fraudster.
- 04
Replacement guarantee
If a worker stops working within at least 6 months, we find a replacement without charging the recruitment fee again.

Our office is in Kyiv, and projects run at enterprises in different regions of Ukraine. We arrange housing and transport for the group near the site.
WORKIN's fee is one month of the worker's official salary: half after the contract, half after the first shift. State fees and the partner's services are shown separately.
