Bangladesh supplies production and packing line staff who come for the long term. The journey here is long and expensive, so the direction only makes sense on a long contract: over two or three years the route pays for itself; over a season it does not.

The working language is Bengali, and most candidates have working English. They do not speak Russian, so a coordinator works with the group.
