Citizens of Uzbekistan enter Ukraine without a visa, so the route is the shortest: 4-7 weeks from application to first shift. According to the State Employment Service, citizens of Uzbekistan received 539 work permits in the first half of 2026, second only to India. The enterprise obtains the work permit while you are still at home. We file the documents for a temporary residence permit in Ukraine, in the first days after arrival. The recruiter works with you in Uzbek or Russian.
