Before departure you know the enterprise, the position, the salary and where you will live. The documents are arranged before you board the plane - nobody starts a shift without a work permit. In Ukraine you are met, housed and taken to the site. If at any step someone promises you otherwise - that is not our process.

An official employment contract
You are employed by a Ukrainian enterprise under labour law. The position and salary are in the contract, which you see before signing.

Documents - before departure
The work permit and, where needed, the visa are arranged by the migration partner before your move. Without documents ready, no departure is scheduled.

A meeting on arrival
A coordinator meets the group and helps with the road and the housing. You are not left alone in an unfamiliar country.

Housing and the way to work
If the project includes housing and transport, the terms are known before departure: where you live, what it costs, how you get to the shift.

Support in your language
The recruiter guides you in your native language from the application to boarding. After arrival, daily-life questions go to the coordinator and the hotline.

It depends on the trade and the enterprise. The recruiter names the exact amount at the interview, and that amount goes into your employment contract - you see it before signing.
For most blue-collar positions - no. The briefing and support are in your language, and the enterprise has translated materials. Knowing a language is a plus, not a condition.
It depends on the route: visa-free countries are faster, D-visa countries take longer. The recruiter gives you the reference for your country at the interview.
If the project includes housing, the terms are known before departure: the address, how many people per room, the cost and how it is paid. There should be no surprises after landing.
