Reviews you can actually trust

We publish a review only when its author - a real client under a contract - has given written consent. So far we have fewer consents than completed projects, which is why there is no wall of quotes here. There are rules by which they appear.

Anonymous glowing quotes with no name and no contract we do not publish at all - even if they are genuine.

Why there are no twenty five-star quotes here

A wall of reviews is easy to buy or write yourself - which is why it proves nothing. We took the longer road: a review appears here only after the author's written consent, with a real industry and project date. While consents are being signed, it is more honest to show the rules than invented words. You can already check us another way - through the registers, the case studies and a conversation with the person who runs projects.

Five rules for publishing reviews

These rules have applied since day one and do not depend on how badly we need a good review.

  1. 01

    Only a real client

A review can only be left by an enterprise we had a contract and a project with. There will be no reviews «from friends of the company» here.

  2. 02

    Only with written consent

A name, position and company name appear only after the author's written consent. No consent - no publication, however flattering the quote.

  3. 03

    No anonymous praise

«Everything was great, highly recommend! - Alex» - we do not publish that format at all. A review without project context tells the reader nothing.

  4. 04

    Criticism is not cut out

If a client wrote that something was hard or that we made a mistake somewhere, it stays in the text. A review with the uncomfortable parts cut out stops being a review.

  5. 05

    Projects without consent - anonymised

Until there is consent, a project can be shown without the company name: industry, city, headcount, timeframe. Those stories live on the case studies page.

What will appear in this section - and what never will

The section fills up as clients give their consents. The rules do not change.

What you will see here

  • Reviews with a name, position and company name - by consent
  • Industry, headcount and project timeframe next to the text
  • The project date, not «recently»
  • Words about what was hard - unretouched
  • Anonymised case studies - linked, while consents are signed

What will never be here

  • Bought or commissioned reviews
  • Anonymous five-star quotes with no project
  • Reviews from «employees» who do not exist
  • Cut-out criticism and retouched wording
  • Other companies' logos without written permission

If you are our client and ready to leave a review - write to info@workin.com.ua or tell your project manager. The consent takes one email.

Four steps from project to publication

Every review on this page travels the same path.

  1. 01

The project settles into a working rhythm

People are on shift, the first weeks are worked through, replacements - if any - are closed. Asking for an assessment earlier makes no sense.

  2. 02

We ask for an honest assessment

We ask not «write us a nice review» but «what worked and what was hard». The answer is recorded verbatim.

  3. 03

    The author gives written consent

We agree the text, name, position and company name. The author may remove the company name - then the review runs in anonymised form.

  4. 04

    We publish as is

The text appears here unretouched, with the industry, headcount and project date. We only fix typos.

Yes, this is slower than writing twenty quotes in an evening. But every line here can be verified.

Why we do not buy reviews

The most honest «review» in our model is financial: WORKIN receives half of its fee only after the people have started their shifts. The enterprise votes with its money after the result, not before it. Buying five stars on third-party platforms on top of that would mean paying for what the acceptance acts already show.

Recruitment + migration support + state fees = project budget

Each recipient issues a separate invoice. Payments are not mixed.

What the WORKIN recruitment fee covers

  • Sourcing and vetting candidates for your profile
  • Approval of every profile with the enterprise
  • Coordination of the document route with the migration partner
  • Arrival logistics, meeting at the border and transfer
  • Preparation of the first working day and support after the start

We receive the second half only when the worker has started the shift.

The estimate depends on the country, trade, number of workers, pay and additional project conditions: housing, transport and meals.

Line-by-line amounts will be published once the current price list is confirmed and state fees are re-checked against official sources - with the date of validity next to them.

What companies ask about reviews

Verification, references and negative feedback.

  • Because we publish only reviews with the author's written consent, and consents are signed more slowly than projects finish. We deliberately do not fill this page with invented quotes.
