Questions about the team
A short guide to how the WORKIN team runs a project.
The contract is signed by WORKIN director Sergii Yevdokimov. Before signing, head of enterprise projects Olena Lytvynenko agrees the worker requirements, terms and deadlines.
Yes. Our managers speak Uzbek, Russian, Turkish, English and Hindi. During the video interview the manager helps the enterprise and the candidate understand each other.
The country manager stays in touch with the workers, and deputy director Andrii Savchuk handles housing and transport. The enterprise keeps the same contact until the end of the contract.
The project is handed over to a colleague in advance with all statuses and documents. The enterprise is told who runs the project during that time.
