State fees are paid by the company directly to the recipient - the amounts are set by law. The migration partner's services are paid under its own contract. WORKIN invoices separately and shows all three parts in the estimate.
The groups are often mixed, so accommodation has to be thought through before arrival: separate rooms, welfare conditions and house rules. If that is unresolved, the start date slips more than it would because of paperwork.
If there is no housing of your own, WORKIN finds accommodation in the city of the site and arranges the journey to shifts and the meals. This is a separate project model with its own price, not an automatic part of sourcing.
Not on arrival. Most candidates speak Russian, the group has a coordinator, and the safety briefing is delivered in a language the workers understand.
The practical size of one group is up to 100 people. If you need more, sourcing runs in parallel from several countries with arrivals in waves.
