Nepal is a route with a D-04 visa and transit through Moldova. It takes longer than visa-free directions: 10-14 weeks from application to the first shift. In return you travel to a specific enterprise with a signed contract.
The application is free. Nobody at WORKIN charges money for reviewing it or for «a place in the group».
What it is and how it works
A visa route via New Delhi and Chisinau
Citizens of Nepal need a Ukrainian work visa D to work in Ukraine. Consular matters for Nepal are handled by the Embassy of Ukraine in India (New Delhi), and there is an Honorary Consulate of Ukraine in Kathmandu. The visa application is registered on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal visa.mfa.gov.ua, and it is based on the work permit the enterprise obtains before you leave. There are no direct flights to Ukraine, so the group flies to Chisinau and crosses the border with a coordinator. From application to first shift: 10-14 weeks.

The consular district of the Embassy of Ukraine in India covers Nepal. The recruiter agrees the place of visa submission with your dates.

Honorary Consulate in Kathmandu
An Honorary Consul of Ukraine works in Kathmandu and answers reference questions. The D visa itself is issued by the embassy.

Decision within 10 working days
This is the processing time set by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If extra checks are needed, it can extend to 30 working days.

Insurance from €30,000
The Ministry requires medical insurance for the whole stay with cover of at least €30,000. The recruiter tells you where to buy it.
