Citizens of Azerbaijan enter Ukraine without a visa: 4-7 weeks from application to first shift. According to the State Employment Service, citizens of Azerbaijan received 401 work permits in the first half of 2026, fourth place among all countries. From Azerbaijan we most often invite welders, fitters and drivers. The enterprise obtains the permit before you leave, and the residence permit is arranged in Ukraine. Consular matters for Azerbaijani citizens are handled by the Embassy of Ukraine in Baku. The recruiter speaks Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish.
