What to do when the country you need is not on the list
We have nine established directions. If you need a different country, we do not say «we will do it» straight away. First we check whether a real route exists there and then give you the honest answer.
A new direction is not a promise but a check. Sometimes the result of that check is «we will not take this on», and that is a legitimate answer.

A country is opened by a route, not by a wish
A direction works only when four things line up: there are people in the trades you need, there is a lawful way to obtain the permit, there is a partner on the ground and the timeline is predictable. If even one is missing, the direction does not open, however much a client asks. We would rather say that at the first meeting than after six months of missed dates.
What we check
Four conditions for a new direction
The check runs in this order: if the first condition fails, we do not go further.

A lawful route
Whether a citizen of that country can lawfully obtain a Ukrainian work permit and enter. If the path is grey, the direction is closed immediately.

A real supply of people
Whether the country actually has people in the trades you need who are genuinely willing to travel. Migration potential in a report is one thing; ten bricklayers arriving in March is another.
- 03
A partner on the ground
Who in that country sources, verifies and supports candidates up to departure. Without a partner we do not see the person until the airport, and that is unacceptable.

A predictable timeline
How long the paperwork actually takes from approval to departure. If the timeline cannot be forecast, we cannot quote it to you - which means we do not take it on.

We do not charge for the check itself. Nor do we promise a result: sometimes the honest answer after the check is «on this direction we cannot help you».

What enterprises ask about new directions
The most common questions before a check starts.
Because the work permit is issued under Ukrainian law, and for some countries the route either does not exist or is unpredictable in timing. Taking on such a direction would mean letting you down on the date.
The legal check is 1-2 weeks, finding and vetting a partner another 2-4. Around a month to an answer - and that is before the recruitment itself begins.
Finding a partner can, if you have your own contact in the country. The legal part cannot: it depends on state procedures, not on our willingness.
Take them from the established directions. Visa-free countries deliver a start in 4-7 weeks, while testing a new direction alone takes a month. These are different tasks in terms of timing.
No. We decline if the route is grey, if there is no vetted partner in the country, or if the timeline cannot be forecast. A refusal is also a result of the check.

No, and that is a condition for selecting a partner. If an agency in the country charges workers, we do not work with them: that is our boundary, not a preference.
