Privacy Policy

This document explains what data you leave on the Workin site, why it is needed, who receives it and how to change or delete it.

01What data we receive

Contacts: name, phone, optionally email and messenger
Company: the company name, if you provided it
The request itself: role, headcount, city, timing, schedule, housing, comment
Technical data of the request: page language, page address, campaign tags and referrer
IP address - only to limit the number of requests from one address and stop automated submissions

The site does not collect data quietly. You provide it yourself when you send a request through a form. Technical information about the page the request came from is submitted together with the form.

02Why we use it

To answer your request and discuss the project
To prepare a commercial offer and a contract
To understand which page the request came from and improve the site

We do not use your data for mailings, and we do not sell it or pass it to third parties for advertising.

03On what legal basis

The basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the need to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

04Who receives the data

A request from the site is delivered to the company's working mailbox through a form delivery service. This means the form content passes through the infrastructure of that provider and of the email provider. No other party receives the data, except where the law directly requires it.

05How long we keep it

Requests are kept for as long as needed to work on the project and to meet legal requirements for company records. The exact period for a specific request is provided on demand. You may ask for earlier deletion if it does not conflict with an active contract.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us. We respond to requests within a reasonable time.

07Data protection

The site runs over a secure connection. Access to requests is limited to the employees who need it for the project. We do not ask for and do not accept passwords, banking details or copies of documents through site forms.

08Children

The site is addressed to companies and to adult candidates. We do not knowingly collect data of people under eighteen.

09Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this document and the date at the top of the page.
