Legal information
Disclaimer
This document explains that the information on the site is for reference, and what Workin is and is not responsible for.
Working draft. The document describes what the site actually does with data and is awaiting review by a lawyer. Any change is reflected in the date at the top of the page.
01The information is for reference
Materials about permits, visas, timelines and entry procedures are for reference. They do not replace legal advice and are not an official interpretation of the law.
02The law changes
Migration and labour rules change, and the changes can be faster than site updates. Before making a decision, check the information against the current version of the regulations or contact us.
03The state makes the decision
Issuing a work permit, a visa or any other document is the exclusive competence of state authorities. Workin prepares and supports the document package but cannot guarantee the authority's decision and does not influence it.
04Division of roles
Workin coordinates the project: sourcing, screening, logistics, living arrangements and on-site support. Migration documents are handled by a separate migration partner within its own scope of responsibility. Employer duties are performed by the company.
05Timelines and cost
Timelines on the site are practical benchmarks from past projects, not a commitment. Cost depends on the country, the role, the volume and the scope of services. Obligations on timelines and amounts arise only from a contract.
06Cases
The cases section describes delivered projects. Company names are withheld under confidentiality terms. Figures, volumes and dates are not published until they are documented.
07Photographs
Some photographs are editorial frames from licensed sources that show a type of production or a housing format, not a specific client site. Photographs of a specific site are provided to the company at the approval stage.
