01The company's starting position
Housing and the plant were in different parts of the city and shifts started early. Workers travelled on their own and arrived late, and some did not turn up at all.

The coordinator monitored schedule compliance and brought in the relief driver promptly.
Project outcome
Lateness and no-shows caused by commuting stopped being a recurring topic. The shift manager received a predictable arrival time.
