This document sets out the terms on which you use the Workin site and the status of the information published on it.

01Status of the site
The site is an information resource of a staffing agency. It describes services, routes and how the work is organised. The site itself is not a public offer: obligations of the parties arise only from a signed contract.
02Accuracy of information
We publish only what we can support with a document. Prices, timelines and volumes on the site are indicative: the final terms of a specific project are fixed in the commercial offer and the contract. Where the site and the contract differ, the contract prevails.
03Requests and enquiries
By submitting a form you confirm that the contact details are your own or lawfully obtained, and you agree that we may contact you to discuss your enquiry.
04Rights to materials
The texts, structure, graphics and photographs of the site belong to the company or are used by it on a lawful basis. Copying materials for commercial use without written permission is not allowed. Quoting with a reference to the source is permitted.
05Third-party resources
The site may link to third-party resources - state registers, reference services, partner services. We are not responsible for the content of third-party resources.
06Liability
We work to keep the site available and its information current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Decisions taken solely on the basis of site materials, without consulting us, are taken at your own discretion.
