01The company's starting position
The equipment allowed one more shift, but there were no people for it. Job ads produced applications that did not cover even half the crew.

03Sourcing and screening
Every candidate was approved by the plant before paperwork started. Video interviews were run with a production representative present.

The document route was processed as one package for the shift so the crew started together, not in parts.
05Arrival and housing
Arrival and housing were planned against the shift launch date, transport against the schedule.
06First day at work
The first days were accompanied by the coordinator: on-site training, workwear, introduction to the foreman.
07Support after the start
After the shift started the coordinator stayed in contact with the production manager on living, schedule and replacements.
Project outcome
The plant launched the additional shift at full strength. Equipment stopped standing idle for lack of people.
