01The company's starting position
The plant needed a shorter route than the full visa one, without losing control over the group's composition and documents.

05Arrival and housing
Arrival was planned in groups with pickup, transfer and housing. The living briefing was delivered in the group's native language.
06First day at work
Work began only after full processing. Start dates were fixed in the project schedule.
07Support after the start
Stay periods and documents were tracked throughout the project, not only at the start.
Project outcome
The plant received a faster route without breaches: people started work with a complete document package, and timelines were tracked centrally.
